By formally partnering with Trace we are demonstrating that Hero Teams is serious about doing our bit to reduce our impact and take action on climate change.

Trace has measured and offset the emissions that we produce as a business across our staff, energy use, travel, waste and suppliers.

So far so good

For every tonne of CO2 we offset using the program, Trace buys a carbon credit on our behalf from one of their portfolio of brilliant projects. They also plant trees which have long lasting environmental impacts because they draw down CO2 throughout their lifetime. 

For example, since October 22, 2021, we’ve offset 218.6 tCO2 and planted 1249 trees!
